The 1000sqm commercial building has been designed for Amicus as their corporate office. The material composition involves bare concrete, terrocotta / huradi blocks, steel and wood. The top most roof has been made of steel and pre-veneered MDF. The entire structure is well ventilated and the fold-able shutters when opened out gives the experience of working in one large balcony. The corporate floor of the AMICUS is self sufficient in terms of power requirement. Its got a 23Kwa solar panel that takes care of its requirements. The workstations and other key elements have been custom designed.
