Corporate Trine was designed for an area of 50000 sqft in Dubai. The concept for this project was to study the solar analysis and design a layer that allows only a minimum heat gain. There were flat panels designed which were attached on rods ascending from the ceiling. The panels above cater to the shading of the regions below this lead to reduction of energy consumption. There is also a green wall proposed giving a nature friendly entry to the building. There is a grand reception which then leads to common meeting area and the gets divided into office spaces. The top floor consists of offices which face the view of the Dubai creek.
